The City Center Market expansion nearly triples the size of the current square footage. It will increase product selection and provide wider aisles, a larger coffee shop and deli, and faster checkouts.
The expansion was driven in part by a strong history of sales growth at the store, which has nearly 3,600 members. MMCDC’s loan filled a financing gap.
