Karen Larson

Bio

Karen assumed leadership of her department in 2021. With her extensive experience in the mortgage services industry, she has been key to the growth of MMCDC’s mortgage lending department. In addition to originating, underwriting, closing and funding a variety of loan types, she has worked with secondary market sources, partnered with bank lenders, engaged with state and federal program staff, and worked with a coalition of CDFIs and nonprofits to support mutual goals to increase homeownership.
