As Chief Financial Officer, Matt Nelson works with the President, Executive Management Team and Board of Directors to ensure the organization has the financial resources needed to achieve current and future goals, while managing current financial operations and mitigating financial and operational risk. His responsibilities include managing and overseeing accounting and budget, internal controls, compliance and reporting, cash management, and forecasting for the entire corporation.

He leads the annual audit and tax activities, develops and implements policies and procedures, and more.
