We manage the assets of single- and multi-family housing for rental owners and homeownership associations. We occasionally construct multi-family housing, revitalize main street offices, and build business incubators.
We manage several commercial spaces that are leased. A portion are stand-alone buildings developed for and leased by a single owner; others are available for rent to the public — a link to more information can be found below.
One of the most challenging, but also the most rewarding, of our prior real estate projects was the redevelopment of The Graystone Hotel in Detroit Lakes, now on the National Register of Historic Places. Eventually, buildings on the adjacent Holmes Block were redeveloped as well.
