MMCDC is accepting applications for its downtown Detroit Lakes, Minn., rental units. All units are income-restricted, and rent is all-inclusive.

Situated at Detroit Lakes’ primary downtown intersection, the Graystone Hotel and Graystone Annex are convenient to local shopping, offices, restaurants and off-street parking.
