Today’s senior citizens are aging in place, creating new demands on older apartments. With this in mind, in 2017 MMCDC renovated Pine Villa Estates, a 30-unit building constructed in 1979 in Menahga, Minn. The result is an updated and more handicapped-accessible building, including walk-in showers, a new roof, and new floor coverings, appliances, and furnishings.
