Working with the Vice President of NMTC Financing and the Director of NMTC Originations, Alex analyzes loan requests from current and potential borrowers, spreads financial statements, assesses business feasibility, and drafts credit presentations to be presented for review and approval. He plays a key role in performing annual risk rating assessments and assisting with the unwind process.
Experience
Alex fills a new position at MMCDC and is a graduate of Minnesota State University – Moorhead with an economics and finance background.
