Bio

Amanda joined MMCDC in November of 2013 as an assistant property manager. She was promoted to Property Manager in 2015 before becoming Senior Property and Compliance Manager in 2025. She is responsible for ensuring that all activities related to HUD regulations, laws, and policies are properly followed, and that the organization maintains continuous compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws through its operations within U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development program standards. This includes compliance with the requirements of HUD Housing Vouchers, Public Housing, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. She is a certified Housing Quality Standards Inspector for Section 8 / Housing Choice Voucher rental properties.
