Bio
Delray Sparby is a licensed attorney with over 30 years of practice experience. He is located in Thief River Falls and is a partner in the law firm of Ihle & Sparby PA. His firm runs a general practice and currently represents the Cities of Thief River Falls and Red Lake Falls as their City Attorney, and also serves as legal counsel for the Red Lake Watershed District and the Northern Municipal Power Agency, together with a concentration in real property, estate planning and corporate legal matters.
Experience
He has been involved in his community serving in past positions as: a member of the Northwest Regional Development Commission; President of the Falls DAC Board; member of the 14th District Bar Association Ethics Board; President of the Zion Lutheran Church Foundation Board; and President of the Thief River Falls Curling Club.

He received his undergraduate B.A. degree from NDSU in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He is married and has three children.
