Bio
Jim is focused on maintaining, improving, and integrating MMCDC’s data, platforms, and internal workflows. This role is designed to serve as a bridge between all levels of staff, all departments, and external partners to ensure that information flows accurately, systems are used effectively, and work is structured in a way that supports compliance, scalability, and efficiency. This person will identify bottlenecks, standardize processes, and help the organization adapt to new tools, funding requirements, and program growth.
Experience
He comes to MMCDC with 25 years of experience in the private sector, where he focused on cross-functional partnerships, fraud prevention, and more.
Points of Interest
Jim attended the University of Minnesota – Morris. In his free time, his interests include history and animals, especially dogs.
