Bio
Kate is the primary contact for tenants, often working in coordination with other members of MMCDC’s rental housing team. She facilitates property tours, lease-up, monitoring of ongoing occupancy and payments, inspections, repairs, and exits.
Experience
Kate has prior experience working with families. She also has performed bookkeeping and property management functions and is familiar with HUD Fair Housing Regulations and Section 8 Housing Vouchers.
