Bio

Shad monitored New Markets Tax Credit loan files before being named MMCDC’s NMTC Loan Officer in 2019. He is an accountant, formerly working for the South Dakota Department of Transportation. He is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and of Detroit Lakes High School.
